The mobile subscription purchased using the AppStore cannot be used on a computer.
The premium subscription that you purchased is created explicitly for mobile devices. You can log in using the same credentials on your computer, too, but the tools will not be available for you to use.
To do so, you need to upgrade your subscription from Premium to Acrobat Pro, which would benefit you as it allows you to work cross-platform.
