Trouble opening pdf files stored in Box

New Here ,
Oct 27, 2017 Oct 27, 2017

Hi,

I'm having trouble opening pdf files stored in Box using Adobe on my iPad. Until about a month ago it worked perfectly, but then something happened. It still looks as if I should be able to open files, since I can access the Box folder, choose a file, but when the pdf load icon indicates that the loading is complete, the icon vanishes and nothing more happens. I have no idea of what is going on and I have been in contact with the Box support, but they haven't been able to help me. Any ideas? I'm using the latest versions of both the Box app and the Adobe app. Is it possible to get access to an older version of the Adobe app? Or is it possible to do a hard reset on all my Adobe settings? I have tried to wipe my iPad completely (factory reset) without any success.

Best,

Mathias

hi Mathias,

If your device is on iOS 10.x.x, could you please update the iOS to the latest 11.0.3 version and give it a try again to see if it works for you?

Thank you for your patience,
