As mentioned that you are unable to access your e-notification pdf, would you mind sharing a few details to understand the issue better?
1. Is there any error message that stops you from viewing PDF?
2. If you are trying to open them directly from the browser, then try to download them first and then open them. Check if that works.
3. Application version?
Make sure that the app is updated to the latest version.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
Thanks,
Harsh

Here are a few troubleshooting steps that you could try.
1. As you have tried to open PDFs on Safari, kindly change the browser and check if that works.
2. If you have downloaded the PDF then please attach it here, so we can test it. Or you can send us a link to the PDF in a private message.
Thanks,
Harsh

I am having the same issue; one of the problems here is that calwin e notices link as javascript:void(0) and open directly in browser. There is no way to share the PDF because it is opening as an unmovable first page and when holding to highlight, it tries to open the header as an image instead of a PDF. I've tried opening in chrome as well and it works the same as safari; it will not open the whole file just the first page with header

Hi @miss.rowsay
Thanks for providing the details.
Could you please share a few more information?
1. If possible, could you share a video of the issue?
2. Did you try to open the PDFs from the Acrobat Reade DC desktop app?
Regards,
Harsh
