Unable to open the file from Dropbox 

i did ask Dropbox helpers, dropbox updated new version, adobe didn't 

then cannot open and use for a week

how to fix it ??

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

This issue is highlighted to the engineering team, who are working on fixing it in the upcoming update.

In the meantime, we have a workaround so that you can work with dropbox. Please visit the below thread:
