I have just transferred all apps to my new iPad and am not able to restore purchase of subscriptions. Have followed all of the advice on troubleshooting threads and still getting error code 8. Please could you advise best course of action? Many thanks

Sorry for the delayed response, It could happen because of signing in with a wrong email when you purchased the Premium iOS subscription with a different ID and signed in into Reader mobile with a different one.
