Hi @Daryl351694566r2d,

Hope you are doing well. Thank you for reaching out!

If you have a subscription to Acrobat Pro DC, you can use the same login on your laptop and tablet.

However, if you have a mobile subscription, i.e., Acrobat Premium, it is specific to mobile devices or tablets and cannot be used on your laptop.

If you plan on only using the account for viewing on your laptop, then you are free to do so, but the tools will not be available.

Hope this clarifies your question.

Hi Gaurav,

Hope you are doing well.

As the mobile premium subscription is different from the Acrobat DC desktop application subscription, so you cannot use the same features on Mac. To use the same premium features Acrobat DC is a different subscription. On the other hand, if you subscribe to Acrobat DC for Mac, you can use the features on the iPad.

Reference document for more information: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/mobile-app-faq.html

Let us know if that helps.

Thanks,

Harsh

Yep, me too. I will be canceling the mobile version. I only use that occassionaly, but also thought that it transferred across platforms. Just another way that companies can get more of your money. My bad for not reading the fine print.
