Unable to open password protected pdf

App canot open password protedted pdf ,l know the password but app not opening the pdf

Yes am able to open other pdf file but only password protected files unable to open , i check difrent files

Could you please try to open any password protected pdf file on desktop version of Reader and see if you are able to open it.

Hi Support, 

I am unable to open any password protected pdf files, but able to open pdf files that are not password protected. Password input field is not accepting the password and its blank even after typing correct password.
