Unable to open pdf file

I have a file saved in adobe document cloud but from last month i was unable to open it whenever i click on the pdf file to download or open it says the document cannot be opened because it is corrupted or damaged.I am using vivo 1714 android version 7.0 Mobile Phone 

Please help its an important pdf file.

I m using OnePlus 6T and after'update your application i i can't download any file from cloud
