unable to view PDF on smart phones

I am trying to share my Adobe Acrobat PDFs with my employees. When they are copied to the cloud and the email link is sent they only see a blank page. I sent it to my alternate email and I get a blank page apparently the link opens in Adobe Acrobat and won't open the Reader. Any solution

Hi Bctruckindude,

As you have mentioned above, the PDF opens blank which is shared via a link to PDF with the users.

Could you please confirm if the issue occurs on the mobile or on the desktop application?

Does this issue occur with a particular PDF or with others as well?

Would you mind sharing the link to the PDF with us?

We will be waiting for your response.

Regards,

Meenakshi

Same problem here: no possibilities to share again to someone else the document ... both this link and the acrobat app are useless if they are only mean to only read your own document not to download it, nor to be able to use it in any other way.

That link is just the link to the home page of the document cloud. For everyone, it takes them to their own documents, so we cannot see yours. Please post a link to a file you have shared with the world.

It happens on every file on every phone. When a recipient clicks on the link it open Adobe Acrobat Dc and not the Adobe Reader on their phone. Before I upgraded to Pro it worked as it is supposed to. It sent each recipient a link to the cloud and when they clicked on it, it opened Reader on their phone and they were able to view the file.
