New Here ,
May 16, 2021 May 16, 2021
  • I have been charged by Adobe 2 times on 21 April and twice on 23 April without my authorisation. How could you charge me without my authorisation?? I have not been using any of your service. Why did you do that transaction?

These communities are absolutely not part of Adobe Customer Support. No one here can assist you. We don't have any access to customer records nor can we resolve issues such as the one you present.

Assuming that you had indeed purchased a subscription to an Adobe service (or possibly thought you were only signing up for a trial), you should contact Adobe Customer Support directly by phone at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html.

Assuming you never purchased any Adobe service or subscription (trial or otherwise) and you believe that some unauthorized person purchased something using your charge card, you are probably best off to contact your charge card company and contest the charges there.
