Error code 301 indicates an installation failure.
Solution
1. Select Retry to download and install the app again.
2. If this doesn't fix the issue, restart your device and try to install the app again.
3. If the issue persists, try the steps given in Resolve installation failure | Creative Cloud desktop app.
