Hello, I have a problem, the subscription was expired and I was surprised that 37.99 dirhams of subscription fees were withdrawn from the card and I did not have the money and I am not ready to subscribe and I canceled it immediately. Please help me to get the money back. Note I canceled the subscription

Hey,

I have a similar issue. I believe my subscription has expired yet I continue to be charged AUD$23.58 every month.

 

I have checked my subscriptions and it says I do not have any! I have tried to contact Adobe several times without success.

I don't want to go to the trouble of canceling my debit card due to other direct debits connected to the card.

 

Any advice would be appreciated
