I had to uninstall the app from my iPadAir as Microsoft and Adobe are unable to connect or even recognise each other. I have a live subscription but after reinstalling Adobe will not allow me to use my subscription. Why is absolutely every corporation only interested in taking money off people without supplying effective support?

What happens when you try to use the subscription? Do you get any error message? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for more clarity. Also a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs would be very helpful.
