I am trying to set up a subscription for premium tools for mobile and when you press on either monthly or yearly it brings up pop up box that says - 'Could not complete Purchase - Verification Failed - Error Code - IC2) - Can not go any further.
Please help!

Sorry, but I cannot see any subscriptions on any of these email accounts.
Could you please check which email ID you are using while logging in?
Also, check for any updates on the application or device.
Could you also help us with a few details -
A video of the workflow you're doing.
