Anyone found a method of telling the Devs about stupid Welcome document that is, well, stupid?

 

No one likes it. Everyone deletes it. It's  FREAKING READER. WHY DO WE NEED TO KNOW ANYTHING ELSE?  

 

And the fact this post needed a topic that isn't listed is rétarded as well. Someone at Adobe has gone full snowflake.
