go to the app store and search for adobe acrobat.  there are a few.

Actually, there is no Acrobat Pro DC for any iOS or Android device. There is the Adobe Acrobat Reader for both iOS and Android(phones and tablets), but that provides only a small subset of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC thar runs only on Windows and MacOS.
