Where are autosave files on tablet lenovo

Lost hours of work from crash can't find any autosave folder I'm on a Lenovo tablet please please please tell me acrobat reader has autosave

I wanted to reassure you that when you're signed into the application, most of your file changes are automatically saved to Adobe Cloud Storage. This feature is designed to protect your work and make it accessible from any device, so you never have to worry about losing your progress.

The next time you open your PDF file, you'll find your last changes just as you left them, If it still doesn't work, you may also login to Document cloud here ( https://adobe.ly/4dlHiw8 ), Under the Documents tab > Go to 'Your Documents' and check for the file you are looking for.
