New Here ,
Jun 22, 2025 Jun 22, 2025

I purchased Adobe acrobat premium for 1year by my iPhone. I can use the same account on my iPad as well but I also want to use it on my PC(windows), I can not log into my Apple account(I log int but it says "free plan"). I think you can use them on both Mac and Windows. If there anything I am doing wrongly? How can i even log into my paid account? Thank you for your support and I am looking forward to hear from you.

Hi there,

Hope you're doing well, and thanks for reaching out!

Acrobat Premium is designed specifically for mobile devices like phones and tablets. That means if you’ve purchased Acrobat Premium through the mobile app (like from the App Store or Google Play), those features will only work on your mobile device.

If you’re trying to use those premium features on a desktop or laptop, they won’t carry over. For that, you’ll need to get Acrobat Pro, which is a separate subscription made for desktop use. Acrobat Pro includes all the premium tools and can also be used across both desktop and mobile, so it gives you more flexibility.

For more information please check the help page https://adobe.ly/4jZBifj;

Hope this information will help.
