Why can’t I save my filled in PDF

I'll fill out the form and save it. I retrieve it to print and it's blank again. HELP

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

I checked the file and saw that the file was created using Designer, who has some different attributes compared to Acrobat.

What we suggest is to save a copy of the form once you have filled it in order to save the data in the fields.
