Thank you for posting your query here. Please help me with few details to understand your issue better.

  1. Make and model of your device?
  2. Are you trying to sync document cloud.
  3. Application version?

Cloud-based files are automatically saved to the cloud after you make a change. Local files can be manually uploaded.

Apple iPhone 11 and Apple iPad 10" Gen.6 mainly upload to iCloud but manually as well! Will give it a try an see if what you've given me duz the trick! Thx for replying👍
