Why I am getting hyphen 1 in pdf file name when I opened it with Adobe even though the file name doesn't have it i.e hyphen 1? And when I opened the same file through some other pdf reader it is not showing hyphen 1. Why ?

Hi @RBI30104912u3te,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

The files that you are referring to are they saved on cloud storage? If yes, it could be that the files are already available on the internal storage, and Acrobat is creating a second copy of the file, thus adding a hyphen and 1.

If this is not the case, please share a few pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The app version of Acrobat Reader you are using (go to Profile-> About Acrobat);

2. The OS [Android/iOS] and its version;

3. A screen recording of the situation happening;

Look forward to hearing from you.
