Why is the info rotating in a pdf form on an iphone only?

I have a form generated using Adobe Acrobat which all works ok, apart from when viewed on a newer iPhone, where the filled-out info (and only the info) of the form is displayed as rotated. When viewed on my PC or on my iPhone 6S it all looks OK , just on my boss's iPhone. Any Ideas?

Hi Chris@Lawtronic ,

Your attached screenshot shows as a scanned image.

Are you able to render the same PDF with no issues in you PC and your mobile device , both in Acrobat or web browsers?

In any case, I assume that you're viewing the same document with Adobe Acrobat Pro (full desktop version), and Acrobat Pro Mobile App on your iPhone 6S with no issues, which makes me curious to ask, What software app is you boss using on his iPhone to view PDFs?

Also, what iPhone version is he using ?

Hi there

Hope you are doing well. I hope you will be able to fix the issue by now; if the problem still occurs, we need some more details as listed below:

  • What application is used on your boss's iPhone to view the PDF file? If it's the Acrobat Reader mobile app, what is its version? Tap on Profile > About Adobe Acrobat. Also, check for any pending/missing updates from the App Store, try updating it, and reboot the device.
  • What is the version of iOS? Please try updating the phone OS and rebooting the device once to see if that helps.
  • Also, share the PDF file in question so we can check it at our end.

We are here for help, just need more info.

Thanks

Amal
