Worst customer service both by Galaxy and Adobe

I downloaded Adobe acrobat on my Galaxy mobile and after a few days I saw my account is been charged with £7.69 for premium service that I never agreed. Money was taken without my permission from the card attached with my mobile pay. 

I contacted Galaxy and they told me to contact Adobe and when I contacted Adobe they told me to contact Galaxy. None of them understood my problem. Now I am so frustrated and tired that I don't feel like using any Galaxy and Adobe applications.  I will switch to Apple as the team of Galaxy and Adobe are there only to make money but not to assist their users.

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with subscription and charges.

 

I searched the e-mail address you registered with us and saw an active subscription purchased using Galaxy Store.

 

Mobile-based subscriptions are managed by the store through which they are purchased and not by Adobe. I suggest you contact them, and they will be able to cancel the subscription for you and trigger the refund as per their policies.

If this is true, you have been the victim of a scam and this is a problem that must be solved with your banker, who in this case is the only one who can help you.

No, it was taken for premium service of Adobe acrobat. When I asked them
that it was without my consent they did not give me any attention but Adove
kept asking me to contact Galaxy and Galaxy asked me to contact Adobe
