Hi @Elizabeth67,
I checked your account and saw a subscription for Acrobat Pro DC monthly, which stands cancelled.
Please try going through the refund process here: How to cancel Adobe trial or subscription
Hope this helps.

I was wrongly charged I had a 7 day trial and I cancelled the following day. Looks like you are still charging me. Crooked way to do business, especially as someone has been using Adobe for 25 years. BAD BUSINESS. Wrongly charged, no 7 day trial if you charge me any way. What is Adobes problem?!

Hi @DeanSauls,
Thanks for writing in!
If you have availed the trial for Adobe Apps anytime in the past, or use the same payment method you might have used earlier, you will not be eligible for a free trial.
This is a reason why you were charged when you opted-in for the trial.
Also, Trial is not available for monthly subscriptions, and only when you subscribe to the yearly package.
