Buenas tardes, yo tengo el mismo problema, hace unos meses atrás pague por el pro 24,99 dólares en mi iPhone 6, lo use perfectamente, unos meses después cancele la suscripción, ahora hace una semana compre de nuevo el mismo la misma suscripción y ahora me dice que ya estás suscrito pero no me deja editar ni hacer nada, en cualquier opción me pide que me suscriba al pro, pero doy clic y me dice ya estás suscrito, ya llevo más de una semana así y no tengo una solución a mi problema, saludos, espero una pronta respuesta!

Saludos, tengo el mismo problema que ya tengo como dos suscripciones activas y cuando necesito usar Adobe me dice que no puedo que debo suscribirme, le doy y sale que ya estoy suscrito. Esto ya lleva pasando hace meses y pagué 69 dólares como en dos diferentes de Adobe intentando poder usarlo porque lo necesito a diario en mi trabajo. Si me pueden ayudar se los agradeceré.

I checked your email address registered here on the community and cannot find an active subscription for Acrobat Premium.

 

Please let me know the error you get when trying to use Acrobat. A screenshot of the error would be great.

 

If the application is unable to identify the subscription, you may try a few steps from below:

1. Logout from Acrobat Reader Mobile;

2. Restart the device;

3. Log in back to the device.

 

If these do not work, you may try restoring the subscription. Please refer to the link to learn how to restore the subscription: Manage subscriptions — Acrobat for iOS Help (https://adobe.ly/44c0M2u)

 

Also, you might want to check if you are logged in using Apple ID and not Google.

A mi me está pasando lo mismo y Adobe no da soporte por teléfono. Hoy llame a Apple a ver si habia algun pro con la cuenta pero todo está bien. Lo próximo que  hacer es llama a la comisión de comercio de Estados Unidos.
