아니 오늘까지 무료체험이라고만 해놓고 정확한 시간을 말안하면 어쩌자는 겁니까? 장난치는겁니까? 메일로 오늘 까지 무료체험이라 적어놓고 오늘 몇시까지인지는 안적어놓으면 당연히 오늘 24시까지라고 생각합니다. 그래서 오늘 저녁쯤에 플랜을 취소할려고 했는데 갑자기 오늘 결제가 되었습니다. 명백히 어도비 회사의 잘못입니다. 소비자의 돈을 강탈하는 행위입니다. 이 글을 보는 즉시 제 플랜을 취소해주시고 결제도 취소해주시고 환불 부탁드립니다. 정말 어이가 없네요. 심지어 오늘은 어도비 관련 어느 프로그램도 이용하지 않았습니다. 그리고 지금 제가 플랜 취소를 직접 하면 또 환불을 안해줄것같으니까 어도비측에서 직접 플랜 취소및 환불 부탁드립니다. 최대한 빨리 부탁드립니다.

Adobe's account management works at the minute precise. So, if you take the subscription at 11:43, the first charge will be after seven days at 11:43.
As you are still well into the 14 days of your paid subscription, you can self cancel and there will be an automatic refund. The refund takes up to ten days to process, however. Be sure that the cancel was effective, by checking the account (https://account.adobe.com/plans) and by checking your e-mails. Adobe sends out an e-mail when you cancel, confirming the cancel and the refund.
If for some reason you can't self cancel, you need to contact Adobe customer service. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.
