Hi, I signed up yesterday to a free-trial of Adobe PDF, and I've been charged today for a subscription to Adobe Stock, which I had already opted out of during the beginning of that free trial. I need to be refunded.

Hello,

Hope you are doing well. I am sorry for the experience you had with the subscription and its charges.

Mobile-based subscriptions are something that is dealt with by the store team through which the subscription was availed.

[ For example, if you are an Apple user, the ones looking after the payment and subscription are App Store and not Adobe.]

I would suggest you to contact the store once to get the refund initiated from them. You can click the link to learn more:

For iOS: Manage Subscriptions — Acrobat for iOS Help (adobe.com)

For Android: Subscription Services — Acrobat for Android Help (adobe.com)

Let me know if this helps.

Thanks,

Souvik.

It happened to me also yesterday I got a free trial for 7 days and when noticed that I was charged I canceled it inmediately and I am requesting a refund. Apple charged me 11.14 to my account when it was to be free and supposely I will notify a day before to decide if whether I will take it or cancel the subscription
