Since the latest APP update, the Acrobat Reader for iPad started asking for sign-in before I could use. I have an Adobe ID but didn’t remember the password so I went through “forgot password” to reset the password and now, obviously my Adobe ID is back in use and I have no issue in login to make a post on this forum.
BUT, I seem to never be able to sign in Acrobat Reader for iPad and I keep receiving an error message upon login attempt that says “Access Denied”. I’m trying to attach a screenshot of this.
Anyone please could advise? Very much appreciated.

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are getting above mentioned error when trying to sign in into acrobat reader, is that correct?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.
Do you experience the error whenever you try to sign in, or does this happen intermittently?
We would like to know a few more details about the issue for further investigation:
1. The app version of Acrobat Reader Mobile you have installed;
2. The iPadOS version your device is on;
3. A screen recording of the error you see for better understanding.
