Access Denied on android phone

The sign in window popped up after I opened the Adobe Acrobat Read app on phone. It showed me that Access Denied after I sign in. The app closed itself if I closed the sign in window. Now i can't access my files in the app.

I have tried to uninstall and install the app. Issue still exists.

Hi Darwiny,

I have checked your account with the email address that you used to sign-in into the Forums. The Adobe ID that you are using is registered from China.

The Acrobat.com services are not available in your Geolocation i.e. China. This is why you are getting the access denied message/error.

However, you can skip the sign-in page in the application. Once you open the application, there is an "X" icon provided at the top right side of the screen.

You can use Adobe Acrobat Reader without signing in to the applicaiton.

Thanks for finding out the reason. How do I change the ID registered

country? I linked my Adobe ID with google and my google account is in

Canada.
