I signed in with my ID on my ipad, and it said:

longer have access to this service. Please contact Adobe Customer Support  ( http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/ ) if you believe this is an error.

But  I can sign in for other kinds of product of Adobe on PC or Ipad

Could u guys plz tell me how can I fix it?

Hi Vincyc, I have checked your account with the email address that you used to sign-in into the Forums.The Adobe ID that you are using is registered from China.The Acrobat.com services are not available in your Geolocation i.e. China.This is why you are getting the access denied message/error.Hope that answers your query.Let us know if you have any questions.Regards,Meenakshi

I have checked your account with the email address that you used to sign-in into the Forums.

The Adobe ID that you are using is registered from China.

The Acrobat.com services are not available in your Geolocation i.e. China.

This is why you are getting the access denied message/error.
