Adobe Acrobat Reader (iOS) - AppConfig (XML) has no effect

With the current Adobe Reader iOS App (Version 18.10.02), the documented AppConfig parameters for MDM deployment have no effect.

For example disabling Document Cloud and DropBox features, which is mandotory company security policy.

We use BlackBerry UEM as MDM (no inTune integration).

Thank you for the quick response.

We are waiting eagerly for it.

An option for disabling the start screen with facebook and google login option would be much appreciated.

Was this ever fixed? We have a large deployment of iOS devices and the appconfig values have not worked for the last couple of years.

I am currently facing similar challenges. I have initiated a support request with Blackberry UEM support and Adobe Support.

The UEM logs are showing 200 status codes, but the XML is not being implemented. Adobe support has confirmed that it is working properly in their test environment. Unfortunately, I am not making any progress.

Hi @Jeff35037774lanx,

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

Would you mind checking the deployment codes here: Mobile Acrobat and AppConfig — Acrobat Mobile App Deployment

Please let me know the error you see or the event that follows post the implementation.

This will help me take it to the right channel for further clarification.
