Adobe Acrobat Reader: PDF Viewer Display Rotation

Why can't i rotate the view of a page?

I have PDFs that open full screen but the page is sideways and when i turn my phone to view it landscape it stays at 90 degrees again. 

I want to have page view / rotation control just like the PC version.
