Use Acrobat Reader on Windows or Mac.

Hi Jackmome,

As you get the error message mentioned above, it seems that you are trying to open the dynamic PDF from on the mobile application. They are not supported on the mobile application. You will need to use the desktop application  (Mac or Windows) to open those PDFs.
