I have checked your account with the email address that you used to sign-in into the Forums.
The Adobe ID that you are using is registered from China.
The Acrobat.com services are not available in your Geolocation i.e. China.
This is why you are getting the access denied message/error.
I’ve got the same problem when I tried to sign in Acrobat in IPhone . How can we register account from China but can’t use it in the same position? This make me really confused.As you know our country have a ‘Wall’ to the outside Internet,then how can we use this service?What if we bought some APPs but they can’t be used?
