Hi Adobe Community,

Has anyone else had issues with Adobe Acrobat Reader for iOS.

I have done a search in the community and nothing comes back so I assume I am the first to ask.

Devices info

iOS Version: iOS 13.2.3 on both devices

Device: iPhone 8 and iPad Pro 10.5 inch

Error: the redirect url that was set using the csdk does not match the redirect url set on the app id

The app is provided via VPP on Managed Devices

Things I have tried:

1. Reboot the device.

2. Delete app and re install from Apps Catalog

3. Reset Network Settings

4. Clear Safari Cache ( wild stab in the dark)

Screenshot below:

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanking you in advance.

Thank you for the link.

When the user was being asked to supply credentials, they were entering the wrong credentials.

From what I could see, the user was entering in the Apple ID credential and not the corporate credentials.

Once they made the switch, this was fixed.

In saying that, the Apple ID was the same as the work email. They simply tried the other password.
