I uploaded a pdf file into the document cloud.  But when I go to the Adobe Fill & Sign app on the iPad, I cannot see the pdf file.

What should I do?

Hi Supporti,

Sorry for the delay in response to your query.

Looking at the details shared above, seems you are trying to open the Document Cloud file directly in Adobe Fill & Sign app?

Fill & Sign application just help you to open a PDF file (saved locally ) >Fill > & Sign. The only options you get to choose PDF file are-

  • From PDF File
  • From the Photo Library
  • Take a Picture

If you have got the PDF file uploaded to the "Document Cloud" then open it through Adobe Acrobat Reader mobile app and choose Fill & Sign tool.

Hope this clears the confusion.
