HI

I have created a form on Adobe that I have put on a Samsung Galaxy Tab A6 tablet. I open the form using the Adobe Acrobat Reader app. I am able to fill in the form but when I try to use the submit button that I have created on the form, the form gets emailed to me as an attachment. When I open the attachment, the form is blank.. There is nothing on the form that I have filled .. Is there anything that I can do to fix this issue…

Thanks.

How do I do that? Does that have to be done on the adobe reader app on the tablet or on the adobe reader on my computer?

Hi Jaysalc,

I have checked the PDF form that you have shared with above.

I did not find any submit button on that PDF form.

There was a 'Reset Form" button at the bottom left.

I filled the form on my Android device in Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Then I used the share icon to send the PDF as an attachment to an email.

When I open the attachment, the PDF form is filled with the information that I have added in the Reader application.

Please check if you have shared the same PDF form on which you are experiencing the issue.

Let us know if you need any help.

Regards,

Meenakshi

Thanks guys .. I managed to create 2 buttons as you said and it worked .. Just had to tell users to reset the form after they have submitted. On PDF, is there a way we can create signature option as the form that we use has to be signed by the instructor and we have different instructor using the tablet with the students, so at the end of the course the instructor can sign the form on the tablet and submit it and after signing they can reset it so when the tablet is used by another instructor he/she can sign it as well with their own class. I have tried to use the signature option but it stores the signature on the form and doesn't reset ... This is the form I am talking about that has the signature on it ...

Yeah I know, but is there a way we can make that field a signature field so when selected, we get to sign on it and when selecting reset, it removes the signature so another person can sign on it after it has been reset.
