Adobe Reader iOS app is not able to successfully display nested bookmarks

Adobe Reader iOS app is not able to successfully display nested bookmarks, but that the same bookmarks work fine in the FoxIt PDF reader.  How can we fix this?

Adobe Reader supports nested bookmarks.

Does the problem happen with a particular PDF document?

Acrobat Reader may have encountered an error with the nested bookmarks in your PDF document and could not recover from the error.
