I Uninstalled and reinstalled and it still says that I need a subscription . Then it says that I have a subscription but it still won't open .
If I understand correctly, that you have the Adobe Reader mobile application installed but when you are trying to use it. Its giving you the option to buy the application again.
1- You may "Sign Out" & "Sign In" back in the application and try again.
2- To cross check, login on web https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf and see whether you are able to use your service there or not?
