Hi, We have a small team that is using Adobe Reader to open pdf from OneDrive on a Tab S2.

All these users share the same Samsung account but sync is disabled.

For some reason the PDF is getting filled in with data filled by other staff.

I have deleted  the app, deleted any cache or app data via Settings -> App

The data still comes back.

All team members save the original file to each others separate Onedrive folder.

I don't know where else does Adobe Reader requires data to be purge for this to go away.

What is causing the prefilled data to populate all team members pdf document?

Thanks Adam for your reply.

Please install any competitor PDF app, it works fine without any issue.

Sorry we can't be bothered with providing support at present
