I uploaded so many pdf files, but way less than the 2GB limit that we have on the Adobe cloud account.
Its been like 2 months that I last accessed them. But when I tried to access them today, there are no documents on the cloud at all.
I am surprised as to where the files have disappeared.
PLease help of there is a way to recover them.
Anyone faced with similar issues?

Hi Kanthic and Julieb,
Sorry for the delay in response.
As you have mentioned above, you are not able to find any of your Document Cloud files.
Assuming that you are using Adobe Acrobat Reader, please refer to the steps mentioned below:
- Launch the application and go to the "Files" option provided at the bottom of the window.
- Now, tap on "Location" from the top left corner of the window.
- Select Document Cloud from the option provided in the list.
Also, please check your document online on Document Cloud.
Open this link and log in with the same credentials that you used for Adobe Acrobat Reader on iOS.
Then go to Files and check if you can find the files there or not.
