Hello, I have been trying to sign in to my adobe cloud on my samsung galaxy note without sucess. The cloud works on my win pc and I can also access via browser on my tablet, but whenever I try to sign in wih either a google account or any account on the Adobe Reader app nothing happens or it returns the error of "please try later".
Anyone experiencing the same issue? I am on android 5.0
Hi, Looks like your Galaxy store isn’t up and running. Request you to try clearing Galaxy store data by following steps On your phone, Long press on galaxy store/ Samsung store icon à Go to App info à Storage à Clear data Reopen Galaxy store. After all these steps, please try from Acrobat android app and let us know if the problem still persists. Hope this helps . Thanks Acrobat Android Team
