app.alert is non-modal when on a mobile device

I have a PDF Form, built in Acrobat X. It contains JavaScript calls to app.alert().

When viewed in Adobe Reader DC on Windows OS, app.alert is modal.

When viewed on Adobe Acrobat Reader on Android OS, app.alert is non-modal!

Any ideas on how to get around this non-modal operation on Android OS would be appreciated!

It should be a modal window. If it's not that's a bug that you should report to Adobe, here: Feature Request/Bug Report Form

There isn't really anything we can do about it, though.

Thanks, MVP. I believe you are right, and I have now lodged a bug report. Not holding my breath, though! That Reader for mobiles is an absolute pain!
