Hey there,

sorry to hear about the trouble caused. We'll see how we can fix it for you.

I assume you are working with the Acrobat Reader mobile app, and when trying to view any pdf file it asks for the password. Did I get this correct?

Just want to confirm, if you have been asked for the Document Open password or Acrobat Reader mobile Sign In password?

1- If its a protected PDF and requires document open password, then you need it on your own or get it touch with the sender.

2- If its asking for Acrobat Reader Sign In details, then you should Sign In with your Adobe email and password.

A screenshot of the same would be more helpful for us to understand what's going on.

Thanks,

Akanchha
