I've just subscribed ( and paid ) to Abode for the facility to export PDF documents into word documents. Every time I try to export a PDF document it's telling me I have to subscribe/pay even though I have logged into my account ( and paid!)

Please sign out of the application and unninstall it. (NOTE: Please ensure that you take the backup of the files saved in the application.)
Then reboot the device and re-install the application.
Sign-in using the Adobe ID(email adress) that you used to purchase the service.
Once you are signed in, check if the subscription is listed under your account. Use the steps provided in the following help link under the DC Subscriptions > Subscribing to services.
Also, try once to open this link https://documentcloud.adobe.com/ and sign in using the same credentials that you use for the application.
Then go to export PDF option and upload the file.
Check if you can export PDF to Word file without any issue.
