You may try once contacting the supporting team via this link Contact Customer Care.
Once the link is open, sign in with your Adobe ID (email address) that you used to purchase the subscription.
Then select the account issues option and scroll down the page.
There you will get the option to contact the support team.
They will be able to provide the right information on this and will guide you in the right direction.

Hi Jennifert,
As you have purchased the Adobe Export PDF service, you can use it using the Adobe Acrobat Reader application for Android.
Open the Adobe Acrobat Reader application on your machine and sign in with your email address that you use for the purchase.
If you are already signed in, try to sign out and reboot the device.
Then sign-in to the application again and check if that works.
I have checked your account and there is an old suspended subscription of the Adobe Export PDF.
As you have purchased the service from Google Play, you need to contact the Google Play support in order to cancel the service or for the refund.

As you have purchased the service from Google Play store, you will need to contact them to cancel the service.

please let me know the status of my refund.
I am really tired of getting the run around as to who is to refund me.
Adobe states Google Play ad Google Play states Adobe.
Some one needs to refund my money immediately; I have called your company
and left numerous emails.

Jennifer, as you have purchased the service from the Google Play Store not directly from Adobe.com we do not have an option to refund your money.
There is nothing much that can be done from our end.
You will need to contact the Google support team for this.
