When I try to access files on Adobe reader cloud on my iPhone it just spins forever. No error message or anything. I tried signing out, restarting phone and signing back in. It still just spins. I removed the app, reinstalled, signed in and it still spins.

Hi @Dhruv28633322gobx,

Hope you are doing well. Thank you for writing in!

This should be achievable by simply logging in with the same Adobe ID that you used on the previous phone.

Once logged in, any files stored on Adobe Cloud should show up on the recents list.

If not on the recents list, you can click on the Files Tab-> Adobe cloud Storage-> select the file from the list to view.

Hope this helps.
