Can’t edit

I bought an upgrade so I could edit. It was working fine, now it stop working. When I hit the pencil in the bottom right corner to edit it says to tap twice on what I want to edit. However when I tap it just says delete. What is going on?

Sorry for the delay in response.

 

As you have mentioned, you are experiencing an issue on editing PDF on iOS device.

Could you please confirm the service that you have purhased to edit PDF?

Also, as you have mentioned that it asks you to tap twice to edit PDF, does that mean you get message to tap twice to select the Edit PDF tool? Please elaborate.

It would be helpful if you can share the video or the screenshot of the workflow for better understanding.
