Can't scan in Acrobat Reader on Android

Downloaded Acrobat Reader into my Android phone - mainly to be able to scan to PDF - however when I try to scan, I get the message that I need a subscription, so can't scan. Any ideas?

Could you please try logging out from the application, login again and try to use the Scan feature and see if you are still getting the same error.

If that doesn't work, try to reinstall the application and see if that works.
