Can't see letters

Hello

Using Samsung Galaxy S8+. PDF files are opening on the phone but cant see letters. Only can see blank paper. Need help to solve the problem.

We're sorry for the trouble you had, what is the dot version of Adobe Reader mobile app installed? Check the details from  Playstore>Adobe Reader>Scroll down to the last and check for the dot version.

Please reboot the phone once and install the latest update of Adobe Reader mobile app from play store and check if you still get a blank PDF.

have you tried with another PDF file or is it specific to one PDF? Make sure that the PDF file is saved locally.
